HOW TO OBTAIN AN OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM
Each attendee registered for Truck World will have the opportunity to scan their badge at the five (5) various digital ballot kiosks on the show floor at Truck World at The International Centre. One entry per attendee. Attendee must be onsite at the show to participate. A winner will be drawn from the scanned entries at each of the five (5) digital ballot kiosks. 

PRIZES
There are five (5) prizes available to be awarded. Prize is as awarded. No cash value. No substitutions available. Any prize not accepted by the winner(s) will be forfeited.

CHANCES OF WINNING
The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received before the contest end date.

HOW TO ENTER
Attendees will be required to scan their badge at the five various digital ballot kiosks at Truck World during the trade show, which takes place April 18-20, 2024. One entry per person, must participate on or before Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 4:00 pm ET to be accepted for the Draw.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to win a prize, you must be a legal resident of Canada over the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside as of January 1, 2024. To be eligible to win, you must attend Truck World 2024 in person on April 18-20, 2024. You are not eligible if, during the Contest Period you are (or you live with) an employee, representative, or agent of the Sponsor or any of its affiliates, licensees or Newcom Media Inc.

THE DRAW
The random draw for the prize will be made at approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 03, 2024 at the Newcom Media Inc. office from among all eligible participants who have scanned their pass during the show.

Sponsors will contact only those individuals whose names are drawn, either by mail, email or telephone within TEN (10) business days of the date of the draw.

The Contest Sponsors will not be responsible for any inaccurate information. If the person whose name was drawn cannot be reached within the said TEN (10) business days, that person will be disqualified and a new random draw will be held from the list of remaining eligible entrants to select an alternate winner. 

OTHER RULES
Entry into this contest constitutes an entrant’s acceptance of these Contest Rules. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws.

In the event that, due to a printing production or technical error, more than the advertised number of prizes is claimed, there will be a random draw conducted from all eligible prize claimants to award the correct number of prizes after the prize claim deadline. The Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials, (b) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, faulty, incomplete, or misdirected entries, (c) Website failure or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (d) the loss, theft or misuse of a prize, (e) incorrect or unusable entries due to printing or other errors related to the event registration system, or (e) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software or resulting from downloading any material from the Contest Website.

By entering, the winner(s) grant the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, email address, comments and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right; in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the entries into this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

Entries obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the Contest or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, may be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, without notice. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify this contest for any reason including in the event of a virus, bug or any other cause of any nature beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts the security or proper administration of the contest.
