Please be cautious if contacted by a company or service offering discounted rates for hotels or providing show attendee lists, exhibitor directory listings and other possible items because they are fraudulent.
Truck World does not use third party housing companies, we have been advised some housing companies have aggressively been pursuing you or your company to book guest rooms. The only method to book your rooms for Truck World is through the show’s official website.

The Exhibitor Manual is an integral part of your contract and a great resource to help you plan and prepare for the show. It includes critical information including the show’s rules and regulations, booth parameters, insurance
requirements, available services, and mandatory forms.

Coffee Breaks and Retail Food Outlets
There are retail food outlets on the show floor in Halls 1, and 5 where food and beverages can be purchased, as well as Craft Eatery in the lobby area (located beside Hall 1).

Located in the lobby of Hall 1, take advantage of the free coat check! Simply check your coat and shop the show with ease.
