What is Truck World?

Truck World is the premier destination for trucking executives, fleet managers, and governmental entities seeking to explore the latest trucks, equipment, and innovations shaping both present and future landscapes of the business of trucking.

What are the show hours and location?

Hours:

Thursday, April 16, 2026     10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, April 17, 2026          10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, April 18, 2026       9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Who should attend?

Truck World is designed for fleet owners, managers, drivers, dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and anyone involved in the trucking and transportation industry. Truck World is a trade show, not open to the public.

Is parking at The International Centre free?

Yes, there is free onsite parking at The International Centre that offers complimentary parking for visitors and guests.

Can students attend Truck World?

Yes, students are welcome to attend as regular visitors.

Does The International Centre have an Electric Vehicle Station (EV Station)?

Yes, a couple of EV stations powered by Hypercharge are available near the Conference Centre entrance.

Are children allowed at the show?

During show hours, children under the age of 18 can be permitted, when accompanied by an adult and having a Child Waiver Form completed at registration. Persons 16 years and older must have a badge to attend the show.

How do I get my badge?

You can print your badge at the show with your registration confirmation (email with bar code to scan).

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

Paid badges are non-refundable but may be transferred. Transfers/staff substitutions can be made directly within your registration portal until Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Should you require additional assistance, please email truckworld@newcom.ca.

Are there wheelchairs and scooters available at the show?

Wheelchairs are available during show hours and can be requested at registration when onsite. Based on a first-come first-served basis. Scooters are not available

Are pets allowed?

Except for guide dogs for the visually impaired and emotional support dogs, no animals, birds or pets are permitted in the building without prior written approval of Show Management and the Facility.

Where can I grab a bite to eat onsite?

There are retail food outlets on the show floor in Halls 1 and 5 where food and beverages can be purchased, as well as Craft Eatery in the lobby area (located beside Hall 1). 

Does The International Centre have a water station?

A water station is available at The International Centre in Hall 5.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Wi-Fi will not be available inside the show, however The International Centre offers free Wi-Fi in all lobbies, the Conference Centre, and Craft Eatery.

Are photography and video allowed inside?

Photography/videography of other exhibitors’ booths may not be taken without permission of that organization.
