Please note these claims are false and these offers are scams. These suppliers are in no way affiliated with Truck World and we do not sell attendee lists or directory listings, under any circumstances.
Please be advised that ALL our service providers are based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. Should you receive any communication from a service provider offering attendee lists or hotel / travel promotions, please check with show management before ordering / paying for any services.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to understand and respect the show’s rules and regulations including exhibit booth parameters, insurance requirements, fire regulations, move-in and moves out guidelines, shipping information and more.

EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION
Save time and register your booth personnel ahead of the show. Badges can be picked up on site.
Password to access the exhibitor badge portal is your postal/zip code, UPPERCASE & NO SPACE.
EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION QUESTIONNAIRE
REQUIRED for booths that are 400 square feet and larger, as well as booths with vehicles.
Return this form before February 23, 2024.
This information is required to finalize your move-in / move-out times.
EXHIBITOR LISTING
Update your FREE exhibitor listing for publication online
Deadline: March 05, 2024
Each exhibitor will receive a unique link from our interactive floorplan app (Map Dynamics). Please use this link to populate/update your company profile. If you have not received this link, please email truckworld@newcom.ca.
*After the deadline date, exhibitor listing information will only appear on the show’s website.

FIRE REGULATIONS
All exhibitors must abide by City of Mississauga Fire Department’s FIRE REGULATIONS GOVERNING EXHIBITS AND DISPLAYS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS. Please review the information.

As an exhibitor at Truck World, you must have adequate Liability Insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 limit. There are two (2) ways to arrange for this required insurance:
OPTION 1
Purchase Single Event Insurance through our provider Exhibitor Insurance.com.
OPTION 2
Contact your own insurance provider, request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) using our sample COI, and submit your COI via our online portal.

MOVE IN / OUT SCHEDULE
The move-in schedule and marshalling yard map are now available.
Locate your booth on the plan and match it to the corresponding move-in time based on the colour of your given booth space.
Please refer to the marshalling yard map for location of the yard and dock locations.
NOTE: All trucks or trailers parked overnight must be registered online at ticcparking.com.
